30 June 2013: Chenies and Latimer

Miriam, Steve and I had a very pleasant walk also along the Chess Valley (a different section from the previous week). None of us had cameras with us but the walk is above the river with lovely views, especially in the afternoon. It was a bit longer than I remembered, a bit hillier and a lot more nettle-y!

We passed Chenies House, not open to the public, and Latimer House, a Victorian copy of an earlier Jacobean house, and now a conference Centre.
