On a warm, sunny day Jean led 13 of us on this circular walk from King’s Langley through fields, along tracks and a section of the Grand Union Canal, where a heron and a kingfisher were spotted. A couple of friends joined us for tea kindly hosted by Jean’s friend Lindsay at her home near the station – an enjoyable end to a very pleasant day out.
